1. We offer a 2-year warranty on all our pushbutton products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the manufacturer's technical specifications. It ensures that your purchase will be free from defects and will function as intended during the warranty period. Please retain your proof of purchase to claim the warranty. 
2. Claims Process: If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

a. Contact our Customer Service: 

Reach out to our friendly customer service team via email. Our dedicated representatives will guide you through the process and provide any necessary information and instructions.

b. Provide Proof of Purchase: 

To validate your warranty claim, we require proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt or any other acceptable form of proof, such as a bank statement or credit card statement, as it will be needed during the claims process.

c. Assessment and Resolution: 

Upon receiving your warranty claim and proof of purchase, we will assess the issue. In some cases, we may require you to provide additional information or photographs to better understand the problem. Once the assessment is complete, we will work towards a resolution in a timely and fair manner.
