• All accessories, manuals, and tags are included with the returned item.
• The item is not listed under our non-returnable items (e.g., special order, personalized hardware).

Refund or Store Credit Options: 

Upon successful return or exchange, you may choose between a refund or store credit. If you prefer a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, valid for future purchases on our website.

Shipping and Handling Fees for Returns:

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the shipping and handling fees. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or the item not meeting your expectations, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Process for Initiating Returns:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method, and retain the tracking information for your reference.
5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
6. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 14 business days.
